Sara + Misasha use stories, law, history, science, and empathy to celebrate our shared human narratives - and show us ways to do things differently to make a positive difference both in our own lives, and the lives of those around us.
If you can never get enough information but also don’t want to feel overwhelmed as you try to stay on the right side of history… congratulations, you’ve found your people.

A graduate of Harvard College and Columbia Law School, Misasha has been a practicing lawyer for over 20 years and is also a writer, speaker, podcaster and storyteller - not necessarily in that order. Recently, she gave a TEDx talk on the link between asking questions and affirming our humanity.
Sara brings authenticity to an environment of experts, which creates a welcome and inclusive environment for dialogue that drives action and change long after everybody has left the room. A graduate of Harvard College, she worked at Goldman Sachs in Tokyo, Hong Kong, and New York before stepping away to train as a life coach, immerse herself in positive psychology, and thrive as a speaker and moderator.
Together, they are the new co-hosts of What Do You Mean By That? - a podcast dedicated to delivering critical information so people can be better humans, without feeling overwhelmed. Misasha and Sara are also the co-authors of Dear White Women: Let’s Get (Un)comfortable Talking About Racism, and were the long-time co-hosts of Dear White Women, an award-winning social justice podcast.
